Q: I am a current season ticket holder. How do I request a seat change/improvement?

A: Keep the following points in mind if you wish to request a seat improvement:

  • Changes are based on availability, annual giving level and priority points within each giving level.
  • The number of years requesting seat changes does not factor into the request process and requests are not carried over from the previous year.
  • Requests for seating changes should be placed in the comments box located next to your season ticket line when ordering online or may be placed when ordering over the phone.

Each request is reviewed by the Athletic Department, but the volume of requests may not make personal consultation feasible. Decisions are based on the best judgment of the Athletic Department. The Athletic Department reserves the right to change any seat assignment without prior notice, thus there are no guarantees.

Q: I am a current season ticket holder. How can I add season tickets to my account?

A: If you would like to purchase additional season tickets, you may do so online under additional items when ordering, or you may add additional season tickets to your order when calling in by phone. Seats are currently available, though additional seats will most likely not be adjacent to your current season tickets. If you would like both your additional and current seats to be together and are willing to relocate your seats to do so, please indicate that desire when ordering your season tickets.

Q: When do 2024 Big Ten Basketball Tournament tickets go on sale?

A: Season ticket holders and donors to Wisconsin Athletics will be sent an email in December with additional information on purchasing Big Ten Tournament Tickets.

Q: If Wisconsin qualifies for the 2024 NCAA tournament, what do I need to know about tickets?

A: If Wisconsin qualifies for the 2024 NCAA Women’s Basketball Tournament, the Athletic Ticket Office will accept requests from season ticket holders and donors to athletics at the Walk-On Club level and above (minimum $50 contribution during the 2023 calendar year). If tickets remain after the request period, tickets will be sold to the general public. Ticket availability may vary by host site. Details on how to place a request will be communicated in late February.

Q: What if I want to make a contribution to Wisconsin Athletics?

A: Individuals who contribute a minimum of $50 to the Wisconsin Athletic Development Office will receive priority points. Please refer to your 2023 Giving Opportunities brochure or call the Wisconsin Athletic Development Office at 608-262-1000 for more information.
