Ticket Delivery & Game Night Office Operations
For the 2022-23 season, all season tickets and single game tickets will be delivered digitally to the patron’s email address on record within their account. Digital delivery options include Mobile and Print-At-Home. Season ticket holders should expect to receive them in September. Single-game tickets will be sent following the completion of the order.
On game days, the Kohl Center Ticket Office will be available beginning one hour prior to game time at Gate B. All patrons ordering single game tickets must either print their tickets at home in advance of arrival or have the barcode ready on their mobile device upon entry.
Admission Policy
All patrons 2 years of age and older must have a valid ticket for admission. Children under the age of 2 may be admitted without a ticket provided they sit on the lap of a parent or guardian.

StubHub is easy to use and helps season ticket holders find a home for unused tickets while recovering some of their investment. Ticket Transfer
Take advantage of our free Ticket Transfer service to deliver each person their individual ticket in advance of arriving to the event. Tickets may be transferred from the Badgers App, or by accessing your online account on your smart phone, tablet, or computer.

Refunds
Ticket and parking refunds or exchanges are only granted if an order is not filled. Acceptance of payment does not constitute final acceptance of your order. Refunds will not be made due to a game time or date change. The UW Athletics Department is pleased to recognize supporters who make contributions to its program in part by offering donors priority for various ticket, parking, and special event benefits. Since opportunities can vary each year, contributions are non-refundable.
